Thank you for choosing Saved By Grace. We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:


Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)

All items are printed and made-to-order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.


Pre-Order Items (If Applicable)

If an item is marked as a pre-order, please allow up to 15–24 business days after the pre-order window closes for shipping to begin.
Pre-order windows will always be clearly stated on the product page.


International Orders

Please note that Saved By Grace is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s customs agency.
These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We cannot issue refunds on international orders due to unpaid customs fees.


Lost Packages

Once your order is handed off to USPS, UPS, DHL, or any local carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
However, we will always do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your lost package.
